Here Are Some Frequently Asked Questions About BMW Spin:

When should I arrive for my ride?

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts and check in at least 5 minutes before class to ensure the best possible experience. If you are not in class and ready to work 5 minutes before it begins, you could lose your spot. Available bikes are released to riders on the wait list 5 minutes before each class begins.

What if I’m running late for my ride?

We have a firm no lateness policy. Please be ready on your bike at the start of class.

If you are running late, please give the front desk a call and we will happily save your bike for you. For the safety and comfort of all our riders, no admittance is allowed more than 10 minutes after class has begun.

What if I have to leave early?

Please stay for the entire class and stretch -- each part of your ride is integral to your experience and progress. If there is a special circumstance, please choose a bike close to the exit and notify your instructor before class begins.

Where can I store my stuff during my ride?

All belongings can be placed in a cubby at the front of the studio.

What should I wear to my ride?

Please wear athletic and comfortable clothes, and if you are wearing long pants, please make sure they are tapered at the bottom.  Athletic tennis shoes or cycling shoes are required.

How do I set up my bike?

Be Made Whole staff members and your instructor will be inside the studio ready to help you get set up on your bike.

How does the waitlist work?

If a class is full, waitlisted riders will be automatically added to the waitlist up to 1 hour before class in the order in which the waitlist request was received. If less than 1 hour before class, a waitlisted rider is called and emailed to notify being added to class, no late adjustment fee will occur if you miss our contact.

Can I cancel or move my ride reservation?

All reservation cancellations or adjustments must happen within 12 hours of class.

You must cancel your class by accessing your account online 12 hours before class to avoid losing the credit for that class. Class credit will be returned to your package for use for your next ride when cancelled within 12 hours of the class. If you do not show up to a class you reserved by the start time of that class, you forfeit the credit for that class and will not receive a refund.

How do I pay for stuff? Can I keep my card on file?

Any Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card are accepted for any purchases.

A credit or debit card on file is required for all riders. Merchandise returns or exchanges must occur within 14 days of purchase with original tags or packaging intact. All ride services, packages, and membership are non-refundable or exchangeable. All sales are final.

How old do I have to be to ride?

Students under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult or have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

When can I book my ride?

Be Made Whole weekly booking window for classes opens every Sunday at 6PM.

What if the class I want to attend is full?

You can request to be placed on the waitlist for any class that is full. There are a limited number of spots on the waitlist. If a spot in class opens up, you will be automatically booked in the class. If someone enrolled in the class cancels prior to start time and you get into the class, you will receive an email. If you do not receive an email, you may come to the studio to see if someone fails to show up for class, allowing a space in the class for you. Unfortunately, we cannot be certain that you will be guaranteed a spot in class. To avoid being charged a no-show fee or losing credits, be sure to take yourself off of the waitlist by accessing your account online if you cannot attend class.

What if I can’t do everything in the class?

One of the best things about indoor cycling is that it can be adapted to any fitness level. With the ability to adjust the resistance level on the bike, the workout can suit each rider's abilities. With every class comes increased confidence and strength, so we encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun.

Is there any way to make the seat more comfortable?

As a beginner, the bike and bike seat require a little getting used to. It sometimes helps to wear padded bike shorts or use a cushioned gel seat.

Do you have locker rooms?

We do not have locker rooms.  Restrooms are available that can be used for changing clothes. We have cubby shelves for your personal belongings in the main area of the studio.

Do you have water available to drink?

We sell bottled water, and you can also bring your own water.
